These are natural and not considered defects
3. Custom Orders
Customized outfits are created based on the customer’s requirements and measurements. Once a custom order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customers are requested to provide accurate measurements to ensure proper fitting.

- Product availability depends on stock.

5. Orders & Payments

7. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

- Clear unboxing video

- Customized or stitched products
- Altered items
